Henry Coe State Park


Up, up and up we traveled from our Thousand Trails Campground in Morgan Hill to Henry Coe State Park at the top of the mountain! A unexpectedly vertical and windy one lane road took us to the Ranger Station for this secluded park. The ranger advised us to travel the easy, shady and scenic trail today. Great advice. It was very beautiful. However, the smoke from the Big Sur Fire did spoil our views of the ocean and far mountains. But, we did take a few fun photos on this wonderful hike through the "Golden State." I have attached a link to see some fun pics:
