Mike headed to the 1st Annual Citrus Balloon Festival at Santa Paula in late July. After parking, riding the shuttle trolley, eating, talking with friends, waiting 2 hours for the wind to die down, I then began to take some photos. It was very difficult taking photos in the twilight and darkness. But, I was able to capture a few photos of these wonderful balloons inflating on the Santa Paula Airport landing strip. I would go again, but only the next morning in the early rising sun for better photo opportunities.
