-Williams on the Go-
Arizona is one beautiful state. We left Thousand Trails Verde Valley Campground and headed for Williams, Arizona. Why Williams? Well, because it is centrally located to civilization (kinda) and our destination of the Grand Canyon. So far great weather, but really cold in the early morning hours, about 30 degrees. We have totally enjoyed this "La Bamba Tours Desert Vacation" thus far. In Williams we parked the rig at the Circle Pines KOA. Great place, especially since we got a free nights camping out of the four. We visited the Grand Canyon, Sycamore Canyon & Keyhole Sink Petroglyphs and Route 66 in Williams. Lots of Route 66 stores with many ugly hats, but cool t-shirts. All photos of this section of our trip are now posted of the Grand Canyon, Sycamore & Keyhole & Route 66, and downtown Williams.
