We passed this very new Veteran's Memorial Park in Moorpark this past weekend and just had to stop and take a few photos. What a wonderful corner this has developed into by the City of Moorpark. On the day we were heading to the Veteran's Hospital in WestLA to visit Carroll, a prisoner of war for 4 years, does all seem to hit home. We are hoping he recovers from his struggles to view this wonderful park as we had on this beautiful summer's day.
